Conditions of Sale
These conditions are concluded, between, on the one hand Eva Rogado Sociedad Limitada, hereinafter referred to as "Eva Rogado Cosmética" and, on the other hand, people who wish to make a purchase through the Internet Website of Eva Rogado Cosmética: www.evarogado.com from now on called "the user".
Orders will be issued in Spain (Peninsula), Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla and in the rest of the continents.
These conditions refer exclusively to non-merchants.
The parties agree that their relationships will be regulated exclusively by this contract.
If a condition were to be lacking, it would be considered regulated by the uses and customs in force in the distance selling sector according to the rules of the professional code of the Distance Selling Association.
ARTICLE 1 - OBJECT
These conditions are intended to define the modalities of sale between Eva Rogado Cosmética and the user, from the order to the services, through payment and delivery.
These conditions regulate all the steps necessary to place the order and guarantee the follow-up of this order between the Contracting Parties.
ARTICLE 2 - ORDER
The user can pass his order through the product sheets presented on the Website.
To pass your order, the user must provide certain types of information by accessing their account.
The fact for the user to place the order is equivalent to the full and complete acceptance of the prices, the description of the products for sale and the general conditions of sale, which will be the only ones applicable to the contract thus concluded.
Eva Rogado Cosmética will process orders whenever items are available. In case of lack of product availability, the customer will recover without any undue delay the sums paid. In the event that the product, Eva Rogado Cosmética, is not available, you can supply a similar product that has the same or superior quality without increasing the price.
ARTICLE 3 - DELIVERY
Orders will be delivered to the address indicated by the user when placing the order.
If you are not at home, a notice will warn the user of the arrival of the package within approximately two weeks. The maximum storage period in the Post Office is 15 days. After this period the package will be returned to Eva Rogado Cosmética offices
Packages cannot be delivered outside the national territory.
Eva Rogado Cosmética undertakes to deliver the ordered articles as soon as possible.
The average deadlines observed for the delivery of available items are approximately 72 hours in national orders and 10 days in international orders. See: here
ARTICLE 4 - PAYMENT
Eva Rogado S.L. proposes several payment methods to the user:

- Amazon Pay.
- Cash on delivery (+ € 1.95 Commission). Only orders peninsula and Balearic Islands (Eva Rogado S.L. reserves the right to apply this form of payment depending on the client)

ARTICLE 5 - PRICES
All prices include VAT and are net prices for sales in the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla (and the rest of the world), applying on them, the corresponding indirect taxes that are applicable. Prices must be understood in euros.
They take into account the VAT applicable to the day of the order. (Rate 21%)
Any modification in the applicable VAT rate will be reflected in the prices of the products.
The prices that will be applied are those in force at the time of validating the purchase.

ARTICLE 6 - GUARANTEES
Any item can be exchanged or refunded except products that bear a contrary mention.
The transport costs originated by the exchange or by the return for dissatisfaction on the part of the client will be borne by the user.
If the change or return were due to an error on the part of Eva Rogado Cosmética services, it would reimburse the freight charges paid.
